Blossoming Life Studio is Evanston's non-denominational community space for learning, healing and transformation. We offer an array of classes, workshops and sessions. Becky Kass - Evanston Community Garden Coordinator. Becky will talk about Evanston's community garden program, where the plots are, how to get one, why there is a waiting list. Also, what trends she's seen over the years, and the successes and failures of community gardeners.
Beginning this fall, our cozy cafe became the home of this dynamic local grassroots organization that advocates sustainable agricultural policies and fosters local connections and greater awareness of healthy food choices and the regional food system.
