Organic Food Co-op
Three days a week, the café receives deliveries of organic veggies, cheeses, tofu, dry goods, nuts, chocolates and other products. These cases of organic products are then split between the café kitchen and our Organic Co-op market. 
Splitting our bulk orders of organic products between these two departments creates a "Win-Win-Win" situation by (1) sustaining an affordable organic-based cafe menu, (2) offering fresh organics at a low price to our community, and (3) virtually eliminating café food waste.
Buy one avocado or a crate of tomatoes. There's no minimum and no commitment to participate in the co-op.
